Our Busy Lives

It's been a busy couple of months and we've survived. Keahi loves going to Ke Kula Ni'ihau O Kekaha.They just came out the over all winners in the Mokihana Immergant school song competition.Alicia Anne Loves Kindergarten and her teacher Mrs. Ruiz. Ka'aina is slowly adapting to school life and routines. He adores his teacher Anuty Chacha. I am busy as ever with school work, house work, and running kids around after school for hula and ukulele lessons. Dusa is very busy with work and my endless house Honey do list. New Chapter for the Kanahele Ohana

So all the kids are in school. I'm so excited to have some time to my self. But I'm not going to just sit around and be a bum. I 'm going back to school @ KCC and decided to get an AS in Early Childhood Education. I have 14 credits this semester and still have to juggle the kids around, clean house, make dinner and try to squeeze in some physical exercise. Don't want to put on weight ..going back to school after 8 years you know. I'll try to keep up on the posting and let you know how our busy lives are going.

Summer Fun 2009

July has been a very busy month and school starts next week...yipee!
We've been to Hanalei pier ( for the First time), summer school performances, and just cruising in the pool. Where has all the time gone?:(
Ka'aina turned three and loves every kind of comic character or action figure. It's hard to keep up. One day it's Buzz the next it's Transformer then Spiderman. I am so blessed to have a wonderful family who love and support me. Hope you enjoy the random pics we took this month.

California 2009

This was an awesome trip for my family. My husband and kids were in Awe at how big the mainland is and they only saw Cali. It was a whirlwind of a trip....but we have memories that will last a lifetime. SanDiego Temple, Zoo, Seaworld, Disneyland, Fresno...boating, waterpark, Seqouias, SanFrancisco...visit with Denos Ohana and Webb Ohana and Berrett Ohana. Dusa is already asking when can we go again????

A Busy Week !!

This week has been filled with decorating, dance, party's and fun , fun , and more fun.
I can't believe that it is the end of another School year. Keahi will be moving on to Middle School , Alicia Anne will be in Kindergarten and Ka'aina will be going to Preschool (cross our fingers still potty training). Here are a few pictures from our Busy Week.

The First One's !

Here are a few pictures of our fence.....three months after planting the post we are almost finish. We are so happy to have a home and a yard to call our own. We know that all things come from the lord above to those who deserve it and work hard. ( Doug...we are officially the first to have a fence) yipee!!!!!

Oahu Trip 2009

Our Newest Project is Alicia Anne's Princess Room. Aunty Kesaia, Aunty Nancy, Uncle Mike and Daddy are helping me to try to finish by Alicia'a Birthday at the end of the month. More pictures to come as more parts get finished.
